 This story is about wonders of the wold.In ancient Greece about 2,500 years ago , the writer Herodotus made a famous list of seven great places.Today only one thing on Herodotus’s list is standing_ the Great Pyramid in Egypt.

.The Great  Pyramid: This pyramid is 4,500 years old and 150 meters tall. For the anciet Egyptians , the end of life in our world was the start of another life. The pyramids were for the country’s dead rulers..The Great wall of China: The most famous wall in the world is the Great wall of China.At one time more than one million men worked on the wall and protected their country.Years ago the wall was 5 meters hight there ;now it is only about 2 meters.

Bridges,Dams and Calals:Most of our world is water, so of course water is an important part of many world’s wonders.The Akashi-kaikyo Bridge:This bridge goes from the Japanese city to Kobe Awaji Island.The biridge is very tall because ships have to go under it.Dams:River bring watwr , and water bring life to an area. But sometimes there is no water at the right time . One answer to this problem is a dam.

Canals:Some times people want a river in a new different place. What can they do?They can make an artificial river-a canalThe staue of liberty:The people if france gave the Statue of Libetry to the United States in 1884.The statue is 93 meters tall. Venice:One of the world’s most famous cities is about 120 islands.There are no big streets,but the city has 150 canals.People can go around the city in their boats or in “boat taxi” and “boat buses.Works of Rulers and Religion:People built many of the most famous building s in the world for great rulers or for their churches.The Taj Mahal:It takesits name from a woman.Shah Jahan built it when she died in 1632.

22 thousand people wrked on the building for more than 20years.

.The Eiffel Tower:Guestave Eiffel finished the tower and showed it to the world.1886.It is 324 meters.Strong winds are not a problem for the Eiffel Tower because they can go through it. 

 It was almost midnight when the family heard a terrible noise.mom dad and their sons ran to the deck of ship and looked at the sky. In the morning the weather was so much better. The family started to make a raft to the island.dad said: tomorrow we are going to make our new home on the island. The boys were excited. The family climbed on the raft and sailed toward the island while mom and dad made a tent out of the blankets for them all to sleep in. frits and his brothers went fishing in the ocean. Later, dad and fritz sailed back to the ship on the raft. Fritz and jack quickly learned where the chickens liked to hide their eggs, and collected them each day. Soon the weather began to change. come on boys. We are going to make a tree house, dad answered .When everything was Finished, Mom cooked them all a delicious meal. ”he island is our home now, said Dad. Come and look at this! Shouted Ernest. Our clothes were so old and dirty said Mom, but look at us now. We look great. The family lived on the island for the long time. They caught fish, drank milk, and ate eggs butter every day. When winter came, everybody was surpised. The family stayed inside duning the storms and read. One morning, when the family woke up, dad was not there. The next morning, dad took his sons to the other side of the island. this is your new home.

Finally, it was jack who found some softer rock. When the cave was ready, the family moved out of tree house. Soon the cave did not look like a cave. We have a beautiful new home. Said mom. The new house was perfect, but there was one prablem !the monkeys! They were very noisy. The years passed, and the family lived happily on the island. Mom and dad were older. One day, fritz did discover a small island with a beautiful beach. Inside was pearl. It was really beautiful. Frits read the letter. I have been on the smoking island for the  long, long time. Frits was very excited. Early the next morning, fritz took his boat and began the long and difficult search for the smoking island fritz sailed for a long time before he finally saw smoke in the sky “your lucky” jenny told frits. Jenny and frits talked until morning. A few days later, frits, jenny, and her dad left the island by skip. As they went good bye, frits shouted “ .DON’T WORRY. I WILL BE BACK SOON.

People many countries round the world protested,because the ewre angry with the sout africa government.

They arrested mandela and thirty-nine protesters.

They got some very bad food and ate it with their hands.

These men and womens did not use violence.there are some problems in the new sout africa ,but there is something  more important there now-freedom,and hope.this is possible because one man loved his country and his people.

The cyclone

Dorothy lived in a small house in Kansas,with unkle Henry,Aunt Em,and a little black dog called Toto. were no trees and no hills in Kanasas,and`it was often very windy.Sometimes the wind came very fast and very suddenly.That was a cyclone and people and buildings away and when a cyclone came,people went down into their cellars and stayed there.One day uncle Henry came out and looked up at the sky.Then he ran quickly back into the house.He called to Aunt Em and Dorothy.Quick!Leave the dog and come down into the cellar!Dorothy picked up Toto and ran to the cellar door.But before she got there,the cyclone hit the house and then a then strange thing happened.The house moved,and then it went slowly up,up,up into the sky.Aunt Em and uncle Henry were down in into the callar under the ground,but the house,Dorothy,and Toto went up to the top of the cyclone.At first Dorothy was afraid.But we can`t do anything,she said to Toto.They went to sleep.When Dorothy opened her eyes again,the house was on the ground and everything was quiet.she picked up Toto,opened the door,and went out.They saw tall trees and beautiful flowers.This is`t Kansas and who are these people?There were three very short men and a little old woman in a beautiful white dress.The woman walked up to Dorothy and said,Thank you! Why are you thanking me?Dorothy asked. You killed the witch of the East, said the woman.She was a bad witch.Now she is dead,and we and the Munchkins want to thank you.But I didn`t kill anybody!she said.Your house fell on the Witch.I`m the Witch of the North.But don`t be afraid-I`m a good witch.Here in the country of Oz we have four witches,but those of the East and the West are bad witches.Now the Witch of the East is  dead,so there is only one bad witch.How can I get back home to Kansas?she asked.Where is Kansas?asked the good Witch.I can`t tell you the way.Dorothy began to cry.Go and see the Wizard of Oz.He`s a good wizard,and perhaps he can help you.said the Witch.Dorothy and Toto went to find the Wizard of Oz.

Miroslav"miro"klose is a german striker.he currently plays for werderbremen in the bundesliga.he is top scorer and thus the       golden boot winner of the 2006 world cup hosted by  native      germany ,with 5goals.

Miroslav klose mother Barbarajes ,was a member of the Polish national hand ball team and his father ,Jozef kloze,was a footballer.his father was half-German.the Klozes changed their surname to klose ,the surname of his German grandfather ,Erwin Klose,born in 1910.The family moved first to france and then,in1987,to kusel in Germany.                              

Klose lerned his football at village club in the German seventh division. A year after joining the club he made it into the first team.In his first62 matches,klose scored25 goals.In the 2002 FIFA World Cup in Korea-Japan,he scored 5 goals for the German national team, finishing as one of the highest scorers of the tournament. The 2002-2003 season he scoring 15 goals in the Bundesliga.he transferred to Werder Bremen in 2004 for a sum of $5 million.Klose is one of the best headers of the ball in the Bundesliga.In the 2005 /06 season he scored 25 goals and registered 16 assists in just 26 games in the Bundesliga.

Every morning Hal tanner gets up at seven o'clock.

He eats breakfast. Then goes to work. He work in the Zoo. He think nothing exciting happens in my life. On the weekends , He wants to marry with Sophie. Tim Hawkins is a famous actor. Tim does not have a normal life. One day Tim and a movie crew cam in zoo until filming. Hal watched them and became very excited. Tim was like Hal.

Tim said: lets have some fun. Lets changed places for one day. Hal gave his clothes to Tim and tasked Tim's clothes. Tim said: you are on TV talk show and then you have a party later.

Hal feels afraid.

Afternoon Tim met Sophie. She was beautiful.

It is the evening before Hal's wedding. Tim wait But Hal never comes. Tim calls to Hal there is no answer. Out in the desert. It is raining. The film crew can not film. Hal says, I must leave, But nobody is listening to him. Hal leaves and runs fast.

Just then a truck arrives. They were farm worker. They recognized, they say, it is Tim. The wedding guests arrive. Tim goes to church. Just then Tim says stop This wedding can t happen. The door opens. Hal comes with workers. Sophie sees Hal and Tim then faints.

Pyramids three: the pyramid three at giza in Egypt it very famous today this pyramid is 4500 years old and 150 meters tall.khufu built the pyramid three .    In thispyramid  there are three big room. today  giza is one of the most       fomous places in the world. The pyramid three and the other two pyramid there are a brdge to the ancient world.

The millaubridge : driversbetween paris and spainknowthemillau bridge in the south of franceweel. The bridge goes high over the river tarn in france beautiful Languedoc area.it s 2400 meters long and it has seven towers. The top of the towers is 343 meters high – that is taller than EIFFEL TOWER?

Moai statues: almost 900 of these statues stand on Easter Island in the pacific ocean. Most are aboat 4 meters tall and many of them stand with their backs to the sea.

The statue of liberty: the people of the france gave the statue of liberty to the united states in 1884. It stand now on an island in new york. It s face is people think his mother face. There are stairs up to it s head but visitors cannot go up the arm to the highest part.

The tajmahal: many people think that the tajmahal outside agra in india is the most beautiful building in the world. It s takes it s name from a woman. Worked on the building for more than twenty years. People say that the tajmahal is most beautiful by the light of the full moon.

The Eiffel tower : they finished the tower and showed to the world in1889. At the time it was the tallest building in the word 324 meters. Eiffel understood one of the biggest problem for tall building_the wind. The Eiffel tower is the tallest building in paris today but there are many taller building around the word.
